It’s simple. We don’t want you to have a watch that you don’t love. So it is one of our core policies to give any customer a refund within three days of receiving your watch, no questions asked. Naturally, all returned watches must be in the same condition as initially shipped. Insured shipping for returns must be paid for by the buyers and buyers assume all risk. If you paid through Credit Card a 5% restocking fee will be in place for any returns or cancels in order to cover our processing fee. Once received, the details of the return will be finalized and your money will be headed back.

If you happen to trade a watch with us, which we always love, trades are final except of course if the watch is grossly misdescribed or misrepresented.
